  3. Lay your tape on a flat surface and check the measurement.
  4. Depending on personal preference whether as nug fit or comfort loose fit.
  • Snug Fit: Add 0.5cm on the initial size to smoothly fit on the wrist.
  • Comfort loose fit: Add 1 cm on the initial size to smoothly fit on the wrist with a touch of breathing room allowing comfortable movements.
