YEPREM Exchange Policy
At YEPREM, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our jewellery and our commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure a seamless exchange process, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Jewels purchased directly from YEPREM online can be exchanged through our website, www.yepremjewellery.com, within two weeks of receipt by contacting us.
- Personalized or customized jewels created based on the buyer’s instructions are not eligible for exchange.
- jewels purchased from third-party retailers or resellers must be returned directly to the original provider.
Exchange Conditions
- The jewel(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging, receipt, and certificate.
- Used or damaged jewels will not be eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the returned jewel(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping costs for exchanged jewels are the responsibility of the customer.

1. I received my order but want to exchange it for something else. What should I do?
If you wish to exchange the jewellery, you have two weeks from the date of receiving it, provided it meets YEPREM’s exchange conditions. The item(s) must be in the same condition as received, accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, and warranty.
2. How long does it take for the courier to pick up the jewel(s) I want to exchange?
Once your exchange request is processed, a courier representative will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to arrange the pickup.
3. Is there a refund policy?
YEPREM does not offer refunds. Exchanges are available as outlined in our policy.
