Exchange Policy
- Item(s) purchased online can be returned online on yepremjewellery.com within two weeks from date of receiving the item(s). Any item that is personalized or customized in accordance with the buyer’s instruction shall not be eligible for a return.
- Item(s) purchased from a third party or re-seller must be returned to that same provider
- Returned Item(s) must be securely packed in the same condition as received with the original package along with the receipt and the warranty. If the product is used or damaged, it can no longer be exchanged. The retailer is not responsible for covering the shipping cost for exchanged item(s).

I received my order but I want to exchange it with something else. How?
If you’ve already received your order, you have two weeks from the date of receiving the item(s) to exchange as long as it meets YEPREM conditions. The item(s) must be in the same condition as received with the original package along with the receipt and the warranty.
How long does it take for the courier to pick up the item(s) I want to exchange?
Normally, our courier representative will contact you within 5 to 7 days from the day you processed the exchange request.
I received my order defective. What to do?
Only in the case of online purchases, if the product is defective during transit please contact us to meet your inquiries. We will ensure a timely and satisfying solution.
